Note: This position may require on-site support of our customer in Arlington, VA, at the customers' request. Candidates must be within a commutable distance to the Arlington, VA area.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with information management, SOP management, SharePoint development, and business process documentation / re-engineering.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and present ideas and solutions concisely and clearly across varying levels of technical knowledge to include non-technical customers, technical staff, and management.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online migrations and acting as a SharePoint page / hub developer or manager.
  • Enjoy working closely with and taking direction from senior leadership, and owning the projects through completion
  • Must have an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to distill necessary information from meetings and feedback into actionable tasks.
  • Must be a positive, proactive team member who takes an active role in helping the team move towards milestones as well as emerging technical objectives.
  • Active DOD Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related technical or business field.
  • U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

As Process Analyst you will leverage your technical and business process expertise to provide sound client coordination and support the information management office with:

  • Develop end-to-end documentation, SOP, user guides, desktop manuals, processes and procedures, and other documentation required.
  • Assist with the SharePoint Online migration and overall information management strategy in the SharePoint Online environment
  • Update and/or create documentation.
  • Verify the completeness, accuracy, and quality of documentation by comparing the gap between documented requirements and implemented functionality.
  • Review includes the following current SOP volumes: Introduction, Project Management (volume 1), Project Management (volume 2), Compliance and Integration Management (volume 3), Financial Management (volume 4), Administration (volume 5), Information Technology (volume 6).
  • Translate technical and/or complicated information into clear, concise documents appropriate for target audience.
  • Coordinate with OLDCC personnel as needed through interviews, workshops, etc.
  • Update SOPs for audit terms recognized by the DoD and OMB. Example include: Fund Certifiers, Certifying Officers, Contracting Officers, and Grants Officers.
  • Include disposition schedule for different records in SOPs.
  • Review SOP information on request for personnel action life‐cycle, including POCs and record retention (WHS HRD, LMER, DLA Ohio, DFAS for pay).
